In the current climate it is essential to be eco-conscious. 'Conscious Essentials' is a service that I designed to operate in the light of the corona virus pandemic, as I felt that there was a gap in the market for a grocery takeaway-style service that functioned in an eco-friendly fashion. This service was designed for people who care about their environmental impact but don't necessarily have the time nor money to properly invest in limiting it. Through doing so 'conscious essentials' tackles some of the worst supermarket offenders in terms of excess packaging, food waste, inflated pricing and attached implications of disposability; ultimately trying to seek more eco-conscious and practical ways for consumers to shop for essential items whilst limiting the spread of the virus.
